Vintage Bausch & Lomb Binocular Microscope
"1932"
Very Nice, Clean, and Well Taken Care of Condition
3 Bausch & Lomb Objectives, Mirror Illumination with Iris, 5x & 10x Eyepieces, Objective Cases, Original Bausch & Lomb Case. This Bausch & Lomb Microscope is from 1932 and has not been used since 1954 when the original owner graduated from the University of Chicago.
The original owner became a doctor in Chicago and many years later moved his practice to Montana. Looked at the slide on the microscope, from the University of Chicago pathology lab, with objective lenses, 10X 16mm, 43X 4mm, and the 91X 9.1mm Oil (all Bausch & Lomb), and the 2 Bausch & Lomb eyepieces 5X and 10X. Could focus and see the material on the slide clearly. All the mechanics work well and really nice to move the slide using mechanics.
Some of the lenses, if not all, may need to be cleaned and new oil added. The lenses all are good but probably need to be cleaned.
Everything seems to work very well and the entire package weighs 20 pounds.

This Bausch & Lomb Microscope made in 1932 is SOLD as is WITH "no returns" OR guarantees. Please read the description and look at all the Pictures. More than likely all the lenses will need to be cleaned simply due to age, dust, and storage.

Be assured that I am the only one testing, taking pictures of the item, and know where this item came from.
